Alice Robson is the Founder and CEO of Rapha Educators, bringing rich experience across the UK and US in teaching, curriculum development, and mission aligned educator support. Originally trained in Geographical Sciences, she has taught Geography, Science, Math, and History in both public and Christian schools. In 2024, Alice founded Rapha Educators to help Christian schools access excellent domestic and international educators, provide transformative professional development, empower teachers to bring their full, faith filled selves into the classroom, and transform a generation of students to be leaders in our society. Originally from the UK and raised across Nepal, Mozambique, Sri Lanka, and England, Alice carries a global perspective, a joyful and Spirit led faith, and a deep commitment to refreshing and strengthening educators in their purpose.
